If you are reading this, chances are that you or a loved one may be experiencing challenges. Let’s face it, at times, our experiences, emotions, relationships, and choices can get rather sticky and in the way of our ability to live a balanced and joyful life and may keep us feeling stuck. Having a safe space to process, explore, unload, breathe, understand, break-through, transform and heal can be just what we need. My goal as your therapist is to hold that space for you, to meet you where you are, and to support you on your journey to where you what to be.
I have my master’s degree in Couples Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, and I am currently working towards my licensure as an LMFT. My passion for helping people overcome challenges, heal, and transform their lives, has led me from a long-time work in sales and coaching to a second career as a therapist. In my past, I have served as a business/productivity coach for individuals who were launching their businesses. I am also a certified CIJ Clarity Catalyst Coach, a program based on a master’s course at Stanford University which empowers individuals to cultivate mindfulness, attain clarity and transform their lives with intentionality and awareness. I am also a certified yoga instructor and a big believer in mindfulness practices such as movement, journaling, meditation among others.
I strive to create a space where individuals and families feel free, comfortable, and empowered to explore whatever is bringing them to seek therapy. My objective in the therapy room is to listen to what each client brings and needs, and collaboratively work towards their goals with a strengths-based solution-focused approach.
I am a firm believer that in our challenges lie our strengths and that whatever has brought you here, can be transformed to propel you into a space of peace, personal power, growth, and love.
