Lindsey Epstein Webster, LCSW

If you are looking to transform your life and make changes that are lasting and impactful, you have come to the right place. My practice is based on the idea that a good therapeutic relationship along with practical strategies can help you look at what’s working and not working in your life. I work collaborative with clients to help them clarify their goals and interests in order to help them to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I have been in practice now for 12 years working with adults with a wide variety of needs and mental health issues. I pride myself on balancing life as a working professional and being a mom to my beautiful little girl. This balance in life is a skill I hope to teach my clients along with achieving joy in their lives.

My Experience

After 12 years in practice, I have worked in a variety of settings. It has always been my goal as a therapist to feel confident managing the emotional set backs my patients face no matter how intense. I have worked in with youth in foster care, families in crisis and individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. My diverse experience allows me to offer a space to my patients where they won’t feel judged. This also allows me to confidently say to my patients they are in the hands of someone who has seen people at their worst and also had the honor to see them emerge stronger. I am an Adoption Certified Specialist trained at Rutgers University and also have extensive trauma training as well as a background in CBT and DBT modalities. I am also a licensed School Psychologist which gives me a unique understanding of learning disabilities and cognition that allows me to offer information to families about the Psycho-educational process and support them in better understanding their child’s learning needs.
