My Interest

Ever since I can remember I’ve had a strong resolve in helping others.  This resolve led me to a career in Marriage and Family Therapy.  In over 15 years in my experience as a therapist: both as a Family Therapist and as an Applied Behavioral Therapist I have developed and honed the skills necessary to create a safe space in which clients can navigate through whatever they may be facing.  By shedding light into their strengths, resilience, and wisdom, clients feel empowered to identify the tools they possess and to find ways to navigate through the circumstances that motivated them to come into therapy.

I am eager to collaborate with you so we may find the best way through life’s complications.  I love working with individuals, couples and families to help them live life in the most rewarding way.

My specialties include work with couples therapy, family issues, anxiety, depression, and life transition difficulties.  I focus very much on how we can utilize your strengths and work on your weaknesses in the most useful way to help you move forward.

There is nothing I enjoy more than working with my clients.  I use all of my training and experience to listen and understand where you’re coming from so we can come up with ways to help you achieve your goals.
